Welcome to Clean Me Up Scotty LLC. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Clean Me Up Scotty LLC provides house cleaning referral services, connecting clients with independent cleaning providers. Our role is to facilitate the relationship between clients and cleaning providers.

Cleaning Checklist: We follow a specific cleaning checklist for all services. Any additional features or tasks outside of this checklist must be previously agreed upon by Clean Me Up Scotty LLC.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • We accept payments through Stripe and other specified methods.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

3.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

Re-Clean: If you have an issue with the cleaning service, we will send a cleaning provider back to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost. Requests for a re-clean must be made within 48 hours of the initial service.

3.2 Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • If a re-clean cannot be provided, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, determined at the discretion of our supervisor.
  • We are not obligated to provide a refund, but we will consider doing so if deemed appropriate by the supervisor based on the circumstances of the service provided.

Limitations on Refunds:

  • Once a re-clean has been performed to address the initial complaint, no refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds will not be considered for complaints made more than 24 hours after the service.

Conditions for Refunds:

Refunds are subject to a review of the complaint and the quality of the cleaning service provided.

4. Liability

While we strive to connect you with the best cleaning providers, we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the services provided by independent cleaning providers.

5. Changes and Cancellations

  • You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee.
  • Same day cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to the full charge of the clean.
  • Recurring Cleanings: If you are on a recurring cleaning plan and do not provide 24 hours' notice for cancellation, all cancellations will incur a $50 fee.
